Bras & Lingerie
Fit Guide

Bra sets  ·  Bra tops  ·  Underwire  ·  Soft cups  ·  Lace lingerie

How to Measure
  • 1 Band size (underbust): Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. It should be firm but not tight — you should fit two fingers underneath. Round to the nearest whole centimetre.
  • 2 Bust (fullest point): Lean slightly forward and measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Don’t compress. This is your bust measurement.
  • 3 Cup size (the difference): Subtract underbust from bust. Every 2.5 cm (1 inch) of difference equals one cup size — 0–2.5 cm = A, 2.5–5 cm = B, 5–7.5 cm = C, 7.5–10 cm = D, 10–12.5 cm = DD/E.
  • 4 Waist & hips (for sets & bottoms): Measure your natural waist (narrowest point, above belly button) and the fullest part of your hips, standing with feet together.
Leisure Life Fit Note: Our bra sizing follows Asian/Chinese standards and runs approximately 1–2 sizes smaller than US or EU sizing. If you are between sizes, size up. Our stretch lace has 15–20% give, but getting the band right is the most important factor for support and comfort.

Body Type Recommendations
Small Bust (A–B Cup)

Bralettes, unlined lace tops, and triangle bras are most flattering. Look for styles with ruching or lace detail that adds visual dimension. Our soft bra sets are ideal.

Fuller Bust (C–DD)

Choose underwire bra sets or full-coverage bra tops with wider straps for support. Our stretch lace gives a generous 15–20% give. Size to your bust and go up if in doubt.

Small Bust, Fuller Hips (Pear)

Size your set to your hips for the bottom; our bra tops have adjustable straps and stretch cups that accommodate a smaller bust even in a larger size.

Fuller Waist (Apple)

High-waist briefs or thong styles with a relaxed waistband are most comfortable. Avoid sets with a very narrow, rigid waistband in the bottom piece.

Petite (Under 5’3″ / 160 cm)

Our bra tops and bralettes sit proportionally well on petite frames. S and M are typically best. The lace doesn’t add bulk and keeps proportions balanced.

Curvy / Plus

Size to your fullest measurement. Our 2XL lingerie accommodates a bust up to ~106 cm. The nylon-spandex lace stretches generously without losing its shape.

Customer Fit Feedback

I have a 34C bust and was between M and L. I went with L and the fit is gorgeous — supportive without feeling tight. The lace quality is far better than I expected.

Verified — Lace Bra Set, Size L

Small bust (32B) with wide hips (41″). I sized the whole set to my hips in XL — the bra top has enough adjustment in the straps to compensate. Really pleased!

Verified — Bra Set, Size XL

Ordered my usual US M and it was too small across the back. Swapped for L and it fits beautifully. Definitely size up — but once you do, the quality is wonderful.

Verified — Bra Top, Size L

Fuller bust (DD) and I was worried, but the 2XL bra set accommodates me really well. The stretch lace is genuinely stretchy. Love the colour options too.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find my bra size at Leisure Life?
Measure your underbust and bust in cm. Subtract underbust from bust — the difference gives your cup size (approx. 2.5 cm per cup). Then match both to our size chart above. When in doubt, size up — our stretch lace has give, but undersizing a band is uncomfortable.
Is this lingerie suitable for a small bust?
Yes — our bralettes and soft lace bra tops are particularly well-suited to A and B cup sizes. Look for styles with ruched cups or adjustable straps for the most flattering fit on smaller busts.
Can I wear these bra sets for nursing?
Underwire bras are not recommended during nursing as they can restrict milk flow. Our soft bra tops and bralettes without underwire are a comfortable alternative. We recommend sizing up by one size postpartum to accommodate changes in bust size.
How do I care for lace lingerie?
Hand wash in cool water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Never use bleach, fabric softener, or alkaline detergents — these damage nylon lace fibres. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Gently press out water and lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight.
What is the best lingerie style for a pear-shaped body?
Size to your hips, not your bust. Our bra tops with adjustable straps and stretch cups allow you to size up for your hips while still fitting comfortably across the bust. High-cut briefs or thongs in the same size as your hip measurement work best.

Pajama Sets
Fit Guide

Velvet pajamas  ·  Ice silk sets  ·  Satin PJ sets  ·  Knit sets

How to Measure
  • 1Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, tape parallel to the floor, breathing naturally. This is the most important measurement for pajama tops.
  • 2Waist: Measure your natural waist — the narrowest part of your torso, about 2–3 cm above the belly button. Most pajama bottoms have an elasticated waist; this measurement confirms the right size range.
  • 3Hips: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 20 cm below your natural waist.
  • 4Inseam: Stand with feet hip-width apart and measure from your inner thigh (crotch point) down to your ankle bone. This tells you whether a full-length style will be cropped or ankle-length on your frame.
  • 5Height: Always note your height — it affects how pants fall and whether the top hits at the hip or falls lower.
Leisure Life Fit Note: Pajama sets follow Asian sizing standards — approximately 1–2 sizes smaller than US sizing. Always size to your largest measurement (usually bust or hips). Our velvet and ice silk fabrics have 10–15% stretch; satin blends have slightly less. When in doubt, size up — a slightly relaxed pajama is always more comfortable than one that’s too fitted.

Body Type Recommendations
Petite (Under 5’3″ / 160 cm)

Full-length pajama pants will fall at or below the ankle — a cosy, relaxed look many petite customers love. Or choose our cropped pajama sets. S or M recommended. Tops may be slightly long in the torso but can be tucked.

Tall (5’7″ / 170 cm+)

Full-length styles hit at ankle to mid-calf on tall frames. Size to bust and hips; the inseam in 2XL–3XL gives the most length coverage.

Hourglass

Most set silhouettes work beautifully. Size to your bust; the elasticated waist on bottoms accommodates your natural waist. Satin sets drape especially well over curves.

Pear / Fuller Hips

Size to your hips for the best fit through the seat and thighs. The top in the same size will likely have a relaxed fit — perfect for sleepwear comfort.

Hot Sleeper

Choose ice silk or satin-blend sets — these are the coolest and most breathable options. Velvet and fleece sets are better for cold nights. Look for the “Ice Silk” label in the product name.

Curvy / Plus

Our range goes to 3XL. The elasticated waistband on pajama bottoms stretches generously. Ice silk and satin have the most give — a great choice for curvy bodies.

Customer Fit Feedback

5’4″, US size 14, classic hourglass. Ordered XL velvet PJs — the top fits perfectly and the bottoms sit right at my ankle. The velvet is incredibly soft, absolutely love them.

Verified — Velvet Pajama Set, Size XL

I’m a hot sleeper and these ice silk pajamas genuinely keep me cool. I’m a US 16 and the 2XL fits well with a comfortable, not-too-loose feel. Game changer for night sweats.

Verified — Ice Silk Pajama Set, Size 2XL

Petite girl — 5’1″, size S. The pants pool slightly on the floor which I actually love, very cosy and luxurious. The top is a little long but I like the oversized feel for sleeping.

Verified — Satin PJ Set, Size S

Tall woman here, 5’10”. Ordered 2XL for length and the pants hit right at my ankle — finally a full-length pajama that’s actually full length! The satin is gorgeous quality.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size pajamas for a 5’2″ curvy woman?
Measure your bust and hips and size to whichever is larger — typically an XL or 2XL for curvy builds. The full-length pants will fall slightly below the ankle on a 5’2″ frame, which many customers love as a cosy, relaxed length. The elasticated waist accommodates curves comfortably.
Are velvet pajamas too warm for all-year wear?
Velvet pajamas are best for autumn and winter. For spring and summer, or if you’re a warm sleeper, we recommend our ice silk or satin-blend sets, which are breathable and cool against the skin.
Do the pajama bottoms have an adjustable waist?
Most of our pajama sets feature an elasticated waistband — some also have a drawstring tie for additional adjustment. Check the individual product description for details. The elastic waistband accommodates a range of waist sizes within each size bracket.
How do I wash velvet or satin pajamas?
Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent. For velvet, avoid wringing — gently press water out and hang to dry. Brush velvet lightly with a soft brush when dry to restore the pile. For satin blends, avoid high heat and tumble drying. Both fabrics should be stored loosely folded or hung.
Best pajamas for hot sleepers or night sweats?
Our ice silk pajama sets are the best choice for hot sleepers. The polyester microfibre blend is moisture-wicking, breathable, and feels cool against skin throughout the night. Avoid velvet, fleece, or knit sets if you tend to overheat.

Nightdresses
Fit Guide

Satin nightgowns  ·  Lace-trim slips  ·  Princess nightdresses  ·  Chemises

How to Measure
  • 1Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest. For nightdresses with a fitted chest or built-in shelf bra, this is your most critical measurement.
  • 2Waist: Measure your natural waist. Most nightdresses are relaxed through the body, but styles with an empire waist or waist tie need this measurement.
  • 3Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips. For slip-style nightgowns, hips can be the deciding measurement if they’re wider than your bust.
  • 4Height: Essential for nightdresses — the same garment length falls very differently on a 5’1″ frame versus a 5’9″ frame. Always check the product’s listed length and compare to your height.
Leisure Life Fit Note: Nightdress lengths are fixed (not adjusted per size). Our satin slip styles are typically 90–100 cm long. On petite frames this falls longer and more modestly; on taller frames it becomes a shorter, bolder silhouette. Sizing runs 1–2 sizes smaller than US — size up if between sizes or if you have a fuller bust or hips.

Body Type Recommendations
Hourglass

Fitted satin and slip-style nightgowns drape beautifully over defined curves. Size to your bust; the stretch body accommodates hips. A belted or empire-waist style highlights your waist.

Pear (Fuller Hips)

Flowy A-line or satin styles skim over hips without clinging. Size to your hips. Styles with a defined chest but relaxed hem are especially flattering.

Petite (Under 5’3″)

Full-length nightdresses fall longer, giving a graceful, elegant look. S and M are usually ideal. If you prefer a shorter hem, choose our chemise or shorter slip styles.

Tall (5’7″+)

Standard lengths become mid-thigh to upper-thigh on tall frames — a chic, modern look. If you prefer more coverage, choose styles listed as 100 cm+ or layer with a robe.

Fuller Bust

Look for styles with stretch lace chest panels, adjustable straps, or a built-in shelf. Size to your bust first. Our satin suspender styles accommodate C–D cups well in XL and above.

Apple / Fuller Waist

Empire-waist or straight-fall satin nightgowns are most comfortable — they don’t cling at the midsection and drape beautifully from the bust. Size to your bust.

Customer Fit Feedback

5’3″, US size 6, petite. The S nightdress falls below my knee — it’s so elegant, almost like a little gown. I get so many compliments when guests see it hanging in the bathroom!

Verified — Satin Nightdress, Size S

I’m 5’8″ and ordered a M. It sits at upper thigh which I love — very slip-dress energy. I wore it on my honeymoon and felt absolutely stunning. The satin quality is luxurious.

Verified — Satin Suspender Nightgown, Size M

Fuller bust (38D) — I was nervous about the chest fitting. Ordered XL and the stretch lace chest panel accommodates me perfectly. The adjustable straps help too.

Verified — Lace Nightdress, Size XL

I’m a pear shape with 40″ hips and a 34″ bust. Sized to my hips in XL — the nightdress skims beautifully over my hips and the chest has a bit of room which I don’t mind at all.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size satin nightgown for a curvy figure?
Size to your fullest measurement — usually the bust or hips. For a curvy build, an XL or 2XL is typically the right choice. Our satin-spandex blend has gentle stretch, so a slightly larger size will drape beautifully rather than feeling loose.
How do I choose a nightdress for a petite frame?
For petite women under 5’3″, standard nightdress lengths (90–100 cm) will fall below the knee, giving a modest, elegant look. Choose size S or M based on your body measurements. If you prefer a shorter length, look for our chemise or mini nightdress styles.
Is a satin nightdress suitable for hot sleepers?
Satin-finish polyester blends are reasonably breathable and feel cool against the skin, making them a good choice for warm sleepers. They’re not as actively cooling as ice silk, but much better than cotton or fleece for those who overheat. If you have significant night sweats, our ice silk pajama sets are the best option.
Can a nightdress be worn as a dress?
Yes — many of our satin slip nightgowns double as slip dresses. The clean silhouette and satin finish work beautifully styled with a blazer, denim jacket, or trench coat. Particularly popular in black and white colourways.
Does satin nightwear wrinkle in a suitcase?
The polyester-spandex satin blend is more wrinkle-resistant than natural silk. Light creases from packing typically fall out when hung. To refresh, hang in a steamy bathroom or use a garment steamer on low — never iron directly on satin or lace panels.

Robes
Fit Guide

Satin robes  ·  Velvet robes  ·  Lace-trim robes  ·  Mesh robes  ·  2-piece robe sets

How to Measure
  • 1Bust: The primary measurement for robes. Measure around the fullest part of your chest — most robes have an open or wrap-front, so the bust measurement determines shoulder and sleeve fit rather than closure.
  • 2Shoulders: For kimono or wide-sleeve styles, measure across your back from shoulder point to shoulder point. This ensures the robe sits on your shoulders rather than falling off them.
  • 3Hips: For belted styles, measure your hips to ensure the robe wraps comfortably around the body when tied.
  • 4Height & robe length: Robes vary from short (hip-length) to floor-length. Check the garment length on the product page and compare to your height to determine where the hem will fall.
Leisure Life Fit Note: Robes are designed with ease — they’re meant to feel relaxed and luxurious, not fitted. Even so, our sizing runs approximately 1–2 sizes smaller than US sizing. Size to your bust, and if you’re between sizes, size up for the most comfortable, wraparound coverage. Most robes have an adjustable tie belt, which makes them more forgiving of size variation than other styles.

Body Type Recommendations
All Body Types

Wrap robes with a tie belt are universally flattering — they can be cinched to define the waist or left loose for a relaxed drape. The adjustable belt means one size fits a wider range of bodies comfortably.

Petite (Under 5’3″)

Long robes will be floor-length or near it on petite frames — beautifully dramatic. Short/hip-length robes hit at mid-thigh. Both work well; choose based on your preference for coverage.

Tall (5’7″+)

Long robes will fall mid-calf to just above ankle on tall frames. Size up for sleeve and shoulder coverage. Check the garment length on the product page if you prefer a floor-length look.

Curvy / Fuller Hips

Size to your hips for the best wraparound coverage. The tie belt adjusts for your waist regardless. Satin and velvet robes drape beautifully over curves.

Maternity / Postpartum

Wrap robes are ideal during pregnancy and postpartum — they accommodate a changing body and allow for nursing access. Size up one during pregnancy. Soft satin and velvet are gentle on sensitive skin.

Fuller Shoulders / Bust

Size to your bust for shoulder and sleeve fit. Most of our robes have relaxed, kimono-style sleeves that accommodate a range of shoulder widths without pulling.

Customer Fit Feedback

5’1″ and ordered the long satin robe in M. It sweeps the floor which I absolutely love — I feel like I’m in a movie. Ties at the waist to give it shape. Beautiful quality.

Verified — Satin Robe, Size M

Bought this as a maternity robe at 7 months pregnant and it’s perfect. The wrap style means it still closes comfortably over my bump. The velvet is so soft on sensitive skin.

Verified — Velvet Robe, Size XL

Curvy woman, 5’6″, size 16 US. Ordered a 2XL and the robe wraps beautifully — ties at the waist and gives a lovely silhouette. The satin is stunning and doesn’t cling.

Verified — Satin Robe, Size 2XL

Tall girl, 5’9″. Got the XL long robe and it hits mid-calf — elegant, not too long. Great quality for the price. I layer it over my nightdress in winter and it’s so cosy.

Verified — Long Robe, Size XL
Frequently Asked Questions
What size robe for a plus-size woman?
Size to your hips for the best wraparound coverage. Our 2XL accommodates a bust of up to approximately 106 cm (41.7 in) and a hip of up to 112 cm (44.1 in). The tie belt adjusts for your waist. If your bust and hips are both at the top of the 2XL range, choose 3XL for the most comfortable, generous fit.
Is a satin robe suitable for maternity or nursing?
Yes — our wrap-style satin and velvet robes are popular with maternity and nursing customers. The open-front wrap design provides easy nursing access, and the tie belt adjusts as your body changes. We recommend sizing up one size during pregnancy. The soft fabrics are gentle on sensitive skin.
How long is a full-length robe at Leisure Life?
Garment lengths vary by style — always check the product description for the exact length. Most of our long robes measure 120–140 cm from shoulder to hem. On a 5’4″ frame, this typically reaches the ankle or floor. On a 5’8″ frame, it falls at mid-calf.
Can I wear a satin robe as an outerwear layer?
Absolutely — our satin robes are popular as lightweight cover-ups over slip dresses or as layering pieces for a luxurious lounge aesthetic. The kimono-style sleeves and belted waist make them very versatile beyond the bedroom.
How do I stop a satin robe from slipping off the hanger?
Use a velvet-covered hanger, which grips satin fabric without slipping. Alternatively, hang by the inner loop (most of our robes have a small loop sewn inside the collar) rather than the sleeves. Store away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
